Our foundational mission is to provide affordable and high-quality education to young children of international Christian missionaries, enabling them to continue their service in God. In addition to serving missionary families, HCIK welcomes other families seeking a comprehensive Early Childhood Education delivered through an American curriculum with a biblical perspective for their children. Our goal is for each student to thrive academically and spiritually, equipped to make a significant difference in the world for Christ.

STEP 1 – Pre-Enrollment

Please send us an email to [email protected] to make an appointment to visit the school or to [email protected] to inquire about enrollment. We will respond to you within 1-3 business days.

STEP 2 – Application

Fill out the Student Application Form

• Link for the student application form will be sent.
• We must receive all required documentation and information.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. 
• Students’ eligibility for enrollment will be reviewed based on documentation submitted by their parents/guardians.
  
  Waiting List Applicants – Due to limited seats in each class, applicants may be placed in the waiting list to be evaluated at a later time. 

STEP 3 – Acceptance & Enrollment

Official Acceptance and Enrollment Fees Due

• After admissions and school board members approve a student's application, parents will be sent an official acceptance letter. In instances where admission is denied for any reason, a letter explaining the basis of this decision will be provided instead.
• Please also note that the one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable as it secures a spot for your child in the class. 

STEP 4- Student/Accompanying Visa Process Starts

• One-time enrollment fee and full-year tuition must be paid before visas can be processed.
